Blood Transplant and Cellular Therapies Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our BTCT team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) 2 BTCT Coordinator at the Children's Hospital.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires collaboration with the BTCT team, supported by the wider senior oncology nursing and allied teams. The CNC2 will work closely with the team to coordinate transplant workup, donor search, and quality requirements to expedite the patient journey toward transplant.
- Coordinate and supervise stem cell collection and infusion as required;
- Develop and implement clinical protocols based on international guidelines for stem cell transplantation;
- Provide expert clinical advice to patients, their family, and carers; and
- Lead the development and evaluation of clinical management plans based on evidence and research.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong understanding of clinical protocols and procedures in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. They will be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients and families.
