The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to fill this critical role in the Blood Transplant and Cellular Therapies team.
About the Position- This role will involve coordinating transplant workup, donor search, and quality management processes to streamline patient care.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with other team members to coordinate stem cell collection and infusion as needed.
- The CNC2 will provide expert clinical guidance to patients, their families, and caregivers, developing and evaluating evidence-based clinical management plans.
- Coordinate transplant workup, donor search, and quality management.
- Collaborate with the BTCT team and senior oncology nursing teams to develop and implement advanced therapy models for malignant and non-malignant applications.
- Provide expert clinical advice to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Develop and evaluate evidence-based clinical management plans.
- Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current NSW Registration.
- Experience working in an oncology setting, preferably in blood and bone marrow transplantation.
- Knowledge of international guidelines and standards relevant to blood and bone marrow transplantation.
