Blood Transplant and Cellular Therapies Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blood Transplant and Cellular Therapies (BTCT) Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transplant workups, donor searches, and quality requirements to expedite the patient journey toward transplant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transplant workups, including preparation of patients for transplantation and management of donor-recipient matches
  • Manage quality requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
  • Develop and implement processes to improve transplant outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications in nursing or a related field
  • Experience working in blood transfusion and cellular therapies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
