Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers, ensuring seamless operations of our systems and delivering administrative and customer service excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between teams, resolving supply issues and sourcing quotes in a timely manner
  • Provide logistics support and assist in maintaining efficient operations

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, intermediate computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze situations and problem-solve effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in a previous customer service role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain (desirable)
