The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing the administration workflow, coordinating ASIC and ATO payments, and assisting in training new staff members. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to prioritise work effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
- Coordinating client onboarding and document management processes
- Supporting directors and managers with administrative tasks

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3 years' experience in the public practice sector and ASIC
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
