Lead Enterprise Solutions Architect

This role requires a visionary leader to spearhead enterprise solutions across multiple domains.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for ERP and corporate applications, driving business growth and optimization.
  • Oversee the delivery of ERP services, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and timely support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance investment ROI in ERP and Corporate Applications, minimizing total cost of ownership.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, aligning service level agreements with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, translating business needs into project scope through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, promoting a high-performing work environment.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence discussions through effective stakeholder management.
  • Extensive experience in digital strategy development and leading large teams.
  • Strong understanding of Workday as a platform, payroll technologies, architectural expertise, and IT methodologies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills in managing vendor relationships.
  • A curious and adaptable mindset, with strong interpersonal skills at all levels.
