Enterprise Solution Design and Architecture Professional

 

We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Design and Architecture Professional to join our team. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end solution architecture across critical programs and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps, cyber security, and operational resilience standards.

 

  • Develop and govern end-to-end solution architecture across large-scale enterprise programs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs spanning multiple IT domains, including cloud-native design, microservices, container-based architectures, and TMForum Open APIs.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, cyber security, and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead design reviews, set architectural goals, and manage dependencies across applications and networks.
  • Drive the implementation of modernisation initiatives, including the adoption of cloud-native design, microservices, and container-based architectures.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to solution designers, driving best practice across delivery teams.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • 8+ years' experience in large enterprise solution design and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications environments and large-scale IT systems.
  • Experience designing solutions using cloud-native design, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and container-based architectures.
  • Hands-on exposure to public and private cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency in SOA/ESB, integration technologies, UML modelling, and data schema design.
  • Understanding of TMForum Frameworx, Open APIs, and enterprise data governance.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science; architecture certification desirable.
