This position involves a pivotal role in shaping the success of our high-volume production operation. You will be responsible for supporting the Chef de Cuisine and leading a team, ensuring consistency in high-quality product and service standards.

The ideal candidate should have senior chef experience in a production or events environment, with a passion for diverse food and continuous learning. They should also possess basic computer skills and be willing to commit to 40 hours per week, including day shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
