Little Truffle Dining Room & Bar has some vacancies for Senior & Junior Chefs to join our already amazing team. Awarded 2 Chef Hats by Australian Good Food Guide, we are looking for a talented Chef to continue on our successes alongside our team.
Casaul & Full-Time roles available, working on a rotating roster over days, nights & weekends (closed Sundays).
In this role you will create memorable experiences for our guests through:
- Execution of preparation of recipes to the highest standards for the section and others when necessary
- Ensuring a consistent high quality in the preparation and presentation of all kitchen products
- Preparation and presentation of menu items showing variety and flair, within the cost margins specified by the Executive Chef
If our role interests you and you are able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
- Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery Certificate lll or higher.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role & style of kitchen.
- Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards.
- Genuine commitment to guest service, attention to detail and passionate about the Industry
