Project Leadership Role

This role involves leading multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a collaborative culture within the project team.

  • Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards on-site.
  • Coordinate a multi-discipline team of civil, MEICA, and process engineers to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Facilitate the coordination role of the Project Director for live projects with internal and external designers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks to promote health and safety awareness among staff.
  • Monitor project performance, including risk and opportunities, and report monthly progress to senior management.
  • Develop and mentor industry-leading teams by providing training and development opportunities for staff.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably in the water and wastewater sector.
  • Proven experience in managing civil and MEICA engineering projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet project objectives.
  • Strong communication skills and high motivation.
