About the Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Emu Plains Seniors Living Project.

This is a key position that will ensure project delivery meets quality standards, stays on schedule, and aligns with project scope.

As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with our Project Engineer to drive innovative projects forward and make a significant impact.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Developing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Reviewing subcontractor work onsite, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Facilitating communication between clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination issues promptly.
  • Managing technical information flow between design teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Supervising the design team to guarantee work aligns with timelines and documents.
Your Skills and Experience

You bring a solid background in project engineering, with expertise in managing multiple tasks and maintaining momentum. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Evidence of your qualifications includes:

  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 6+ years post-grad experience in a top-tier engineering role.
  • Proven track record in tackling complex commercial, high-rise residential, or mixed-use projects.
  • Experience in structure/finishing/facade management.
