Construction Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving site issues, assessing claims, tracking costs, and managing supporting documentation.

On a typical day, you may find yourself reviewing site progress, liaising with contractors, or working on tender support and proposals for new projects. Your expertise in technical detail, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, will be invaluable in this role.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working on land subdivisions, roads, and major earthworks projects. They will be methodical, logical, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
