Mine Planning Specialist

Our mine is a world-class zinc–lead operation with a long future ahead. We produce and process zinc, lead, and silver from our open-cut mine, which are transported via our loading facility and shipped worldwide for use in everyday products that support mobility, infrastructure, and communications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop daily and weekly schedules aligned to the monthly mine plan and targets, involving detailed planning, stakeholder engagement, and an understanding of projects, costs, dump construction methodologies, and long-term strategies.
- Drive processes that validate inputs and reconcile performance, ensuring efficient plans that meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize resources and deliver against the mine plan.
