Role Overview:
- Facilitating the identification, gathering, prioritization, and validation of business requirements while designing processes that align with organizational goals.
- Establishing and guiding the current ('As Is') and future ('To Be') operational processes.
- Overseeing the creation of comprehensive Business Requirements, Business Process Specifications, and System Functional/Non-Functional Specifications that will facilitate necessary changes in business processes and system enhancements.
- Assessing and updating documentation in response to new insights or alterations to initial assumptions, including impacts on project timelines, costs, quality, and risks.
- Assisting in testing, training, and implementation efforts to ensure the effective delivery of business and technology solutions.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
- Expertise in ISO20022 (highly preferred).
- Comprehensive project experience within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in international payments processing.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and requirement elicitation skills.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly.
