Senior Business Analyst Lead

The Senior Business Analyst is a key member of the Delivery Capability team at AIA, responsible for leading and delivering business and systems analysis services for tactical and Enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute end-to-end business analysis activities, ensuring delivery of analysis services and outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement changes to work practices, processes, and systems.
- Contribute to the development of the Analysis Community of Practice at AIA, promoting the value and benefits of the Analysis CoE.
- Develop project analysis plans, identify project problems, and opportunities for improvement.
- Significant experience in Business Analysis, leading and delivering Business Analysis services in large and complex projects.
- Experience working within a professional enterprise project delivery function, in a similar or medium-large sized organization.
- Demonstrated project delivery acumen and experience in delivering Business Analysis services within a professional enterprise change/project delivery function.
- Experience in delivering change via planned and Agile driven project management methodologies and governance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to generate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry is preferred.
