Lead Technical Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Warehousing programs to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clients data warehouse strategy by driving the analysis, design, and delivery of robust data warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the analysis, design, and delivery of data warehouse solutions
  • Lead the development of data warehouse strategies and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain data warehouse models and architectures
  • Ensure data governance and data quality best practices are followed
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on data warehouse transformation project experience
  • Prior experience working as an end-to-end Senior BA on a data related program
  • Prior end-to-end project experience within banking, ideally Big 4 Bank, Global or Tier 2
  • Expertise in data modelling, data flows, and data governance best practices
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale data warehouse or business intelligence projects
  • Experience with SQL, Teradata
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in agile environments and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
