Compliance Professional
Job Description:We seek a dedicated Compliance Professional to join our Legal & Compliance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity of the team's knowledge and management systems.
The role involves setting up and administering legal technology systems, supporting with migration of files to the contract management system, managing routine repeat inquiries and information requests, and assisting with compliance and contracts related tasks and advice.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and administer legal technology systems
- Assist with migration of files to the contract management system
- Support knowledge management and stakeholder communications
- Manage routine repeat inquiries and information requests
- Support compliance and contracts related tasks and activities
To succeed in this role, you will need a recently completed degree in Business or Commerce, a high-performing demonstrated by a Credit average grade, strong customer service focus, ability to work independently and autonomously, and strong written and verbal communications with good presentation skills.
