This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive business growth. As a Preconstruction Estimator, you will be responsible for developing detailed estimates, managing proposals, and collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional results.


">Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble comprehensive bid proposals, including detailed estimates and vendor solicitations.
  • Participate in pre-construction services, attending meetings to determine project scope and estimate requirements.
  • Research, negotiate, and prepare purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects.
  • Collaborate with project management personnel to ensure seamless execution.

">Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of general commercial building markets.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Working proficiency in estimating and takeoff software, such as WinEst, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft programs.
