The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, based on industry standards and the company's compensation package.

Job Description

This role will involve defining, designing, and implementing sourcing strategies for Airwallex, with a focus on engaging top technical talent while scaling our engineering and product teams. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

Responsibilities:
  • You will take ownership of talent acquisition efforts, identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for our engineering and product teams.
  • You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging your knowledge of the tech scene and established networks.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • You will manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of hands-on technical sourcing experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Clear and confident communication style, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
