Life Enrichment Assistant

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in conducting lifestyle assessments of residents, with the aim of enhancing their happiness, wellbeing and quality of life.
Activities and Programs
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of various workshops, social and other activities. They will also actively participate in the delivery of activity programs, and document any changes to resident's activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
Effective Communication
Strong communication skills, particularly with residents and their families, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively convey information, listen actively and respond appropriately.
Requirements
A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is desirable, however we encourage applicants who demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within our organisation. A passion for aged care and dedication to delivering exceptional outcomes are essential qualities for this position.
