Lifestyle Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Carpenter Court Aged Care Centre. This role is responsible for developing, supporting, and coordinating recreation programs for residents.

To be successful in this position, you will have a Certificate III in Aged Care and experience working with elderly people. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.

  • Develop and implement recreational activities for residents that cater to their diverse needs and interests.
  • Assist residents with mobility as per their care plan, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Document resident progress notes using iCare as needed, providing accurate and timely information for future reference.
  • Evaluate and develop resident care plans that meet their individual needs and promote their overall health and wellbeing.
  • Meet Work Health and Safety obligations, creating a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
