- Conduct compliance assessments across all NSW campuses to ensure services meet or exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Lead and support regulatory investigations into incidents, complaints, and reportable conduct matters.
As a trusted partner to Campus Directors and Operations Leaders, you will:
- Provide expert advice on child safety, compliance, and quality practices while fostering a collaborative approach with campus teams.
- Embed Child Safe Standards and drive continuous improvement through coaching, training, and professional practice support.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood education, ideally in a leadership or compliance role.
- A strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive investigations with empathy and integrity.
- A collaborative style – focused on supporting and empowering services to succeed.
- Strong organisational skills to manage both fieldwork and reporting effectively.
