Job Summary

Skillfully support a dynamic buying team with administrative expertise, data management, and sample coordination at a leading fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process and maintain purchase orders.
  • Accurately raise and manage orders in the product database.
  • Collate samples for relevant meetings as required.
  • Provide general administration and database management support.
  • Partner closely with an Assistant Buyer to support market research efforts.
  • Work from the head office in Melbourne as part of the global buying team.
About YouQualifications and Skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Merchandise or Enterprise (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a retail environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Capacity to manage a high workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to re-prioritize tasks based on business priorities.
  • Capacity to form relationships across the organization.
  • Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
