Job Title: Procurement Strategist

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced procurement professional with a strong track record of delivering strategic buying initiatives that drive business growth.

This role will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive buying strategies, leveraging market trends and customer insights to inform product assortment decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing buying plans that align with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration between design, planning, and sourcing departments.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Providing expert advice on product strategy and category management to optimize profitability and sales growth.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in buying, merchandising, or supply chain management are advantageous.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of driving successful buying initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.
