About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of purchase orders and supplier communication to support the success of our knitwear business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain product lines and stock orders to meet customer demand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage range plans and purchase orders
  • Oversee the shipping schedule and associated administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery
  • Support critical path management to minimize delays and optimize efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Fashion Merchandising or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Supply Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within a buying/product team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve logistical challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
