Our organization is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role of 27 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Coordinator in day-to-day operations, including program planning, delivery, and documentation
  • Roster and supervise staff
  • Manage administration and financial tasks, such as fee collection
  • Deliver a high-quality, inclusive educational program
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework, and National Law/Regulations
  • Experience in the education and care of children (OSHC)
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software
