Enterprise Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our AI Workforce platform to large, complex organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical products and experience leading sophisticated, multi-threaded enterprise deals. You will need to identify and influence multiple decision-makers, from functional users to C-level executives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving full-cycle enterprise sales across APAC & beyond, focusing on 1,000+ FTE organizations.
  • Running discovery, mapping stakeholder relationships, and delivering demos that tie business value to automation.
  • Building and managing a 3x+ pipeline, forecasting accurately in HubSpot.

Key requirements include:

  • 8+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with deal sizes of $50k–$300k+.
  • Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles across multiple functions.
  • Experience with technical or automation-first products, especially AI, GPT-based tools, or integration platforms.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, ROI-driven outcomes.
