We're growing fast and we're looking for a seasoned sales closer to join us in driving our expansion.

The Opportunity

This isn't a standard sales role. You'll be at the front line of one of the fastest-growing industries in the world: AI recruitment. You'll be speaking directly with CEOs, CTOs, and decision-makers, showing them why their first AI hire (or their next one) needs to come from Ayora. You'll have the backing of an established brand, a unique market position, and a founder-led team that moves fast and rewards results.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and engage new B2B clients, targeting companies ready to hire AI and tech talent.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, from first contact to signed agreements.
  • Present Ayora's unique value proposition with authority, passion, and credibility.
  • Manage a consultative sales process that addresses client needs and pain points.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic outreach, networking, and referral channels.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client handover post-sale.
  • Consistently hit (and exceed) sales targets.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven closer — at least 5+ years in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling high-value, consultative solutions (recruitment, professional services, SaaS, or tech solutions preferred).
  • Comfortable speaking with executives and influencing C-suite decisions.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and hungry to win.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
