Fertility Specialists WA, part of City Fertility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Administrator to contribute to the provision of supportive and seamless journeys for our patients.

Your Role:

As a Patient Services Administrator working at our Claremont clinic, you will:

  • Work as a Medical Receptionist.
  • Assist the Patient Services Manager in the daily operation of our clinics.
  • Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Patient Services Manager and other team members.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files.

• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:

  • A minimum of 6 months in health/medical administration.
  • A minimum of 6 months in customer service.
  • Familiarity with basic/intermediate Healthcare IT platforms.
  • Understanding of basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated excellent time management.
