Your Role:

As an IVF Nurse Coordinator working from Claremont, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage patient treatment cycles/programs
  • Provide clear and unambiguous information and test results to patients
  • Conduct patient education meetings
  • Coordinate and manage patient medical administration
  • General operational admin in support of the clinic

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:

  • Dedicated Experience: High level of understanding of clinical nursing
  • Industry Know-How: Donor and Surrogacy experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced understanding of Assisted Reproductive Technology procedures
  • Patient Focus: A supportive and thoughtful approach to patient care
  • Precision Matters: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

In addition to the above, we also require:

  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree (Registered Nurse)
  • Practices in accordance with:
    • Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses
    • National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and functions according to the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN) Standards
