Your Role

As a Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our clinic from an administrative perspective. This includes managing a team of Patient Service Administrators, delegating tasks, and providing quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operation of the clinic from an administrative perspective.
  • Delegate and assign tasks to the team of Patient Service Administrators.
  • Manage and mentor the team of Administrators.
  • End of month and pre-end of month reporting.
  • Manage clinic financial reconciliation, including refunds, invoice adjustments, DGI Billing, and yearly fee estimates.
  • Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:

  • Dedicated experience in health/medical administration management.
  • Tech proficiency in intermediate healthcare IT platforms.
  • Industry know-how in basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
  • Communication mastery, particularly from a people management perspective.
  • Precision matters, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical prowess, proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Bi-lingual, with English/Mandarin highly regarded.
  • Time management, with demonstrated excellent time management.
