Senior Industrial Relations Specialist

About the Role
This senior leadership role involves leading negotiations of complex employment agreements and working with HR Business Partners to develop strategic mandates. Additionally, you will provide end-to-end support on operational Employee Relations/Industrial Relations and case management matters, acting as an escalation point for HR Business Partners on complex ER matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IR/ER Business Partnering, preferably in manufacturing, mining or logistics, and demonstrated expertise in negotiating and implementing industrial agreements. They should also possess contemporary knowledge of relevant industry standards, best practices, and trends.
