About the role HCLTech Australia is seeking a Dynamics CRM Senior Technical Lead in Melbourne for a full-time position.
Job Summary The Senior Technical Lead will oversee technical teams to deliver CRM / D365 CE solutions, ensuring successful implementation, customization, and configuration of functionalities to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage technical teams in designing, developing, and implementing CRM / D365 CE solutions.
Establish best practices for configurations and customizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Analyze systems, troubleshoot, and debug to ensure smooth operation.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.
Stay updated on CRM / D365 CE trends and features to propose innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements Proficiency in CRM / D365 CE out-of-the-box functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
Experience leading technical teams and managing implementations.
Knowledge of CRM / D365 CE architecture, data models, and integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate or similar preferred.
