\.Key Responsibilities:
\- Greet every guest immediately in a warm and approachable manner
\- Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules
\- Offer food and beverage options that will enhance their experience
\- Protect our guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
\- Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our guests
\- Be efficient in handling cash transactions and provide excellent communication skills
\- Create 'Moments that Matter' by providing top-notch guest service and suggesting premium menu items to enhance the guest's experience and maximize sales
\- Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to high standards of quality and presentation

\.Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- Previous food and beverage experience
\- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
\- Energy and enthusiasm
\- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
\- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
\- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
\- Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, maneuvering up and down stairs
