Job Title: Sustainability Leader

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for a sustainability professional to lead our environmental and resilience portfolio.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to develop strategies, targets and projects to improve environmental performance and build resilience in our operations and across the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, targets and projects to enhance environmental performance and resilience in our operations and the community
  • Embed environmental priorities into systems and processes across the organisation
  • Coordinate strategy implementation across multiple teams to ensure targets are achieved, measured and reported
  • Manage risk related to environmental and climate challenges affecting the organisation and community
  • Provide expert advice and foster collaboration with stakeholders from government, industry and the community

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and over 10 years' experience in sustainability. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are essential, with a proven ability to inspire others and deliver results in complex environments.
