Council is seeking a Stormwater Infrastructure Strategist to contribute to effective stormwater management and improve community resilience to floods.

The successful applicant will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, or equivalent
  • Five years' experience in floodplain management, planning, or environmental engineering
  • Membership of Institution of Engineers Australia (current or eligible)
  • Extensive project management experience in complex projects or strategic analysis
  • Experience in addressing issues associated with floodplain planning and stormwater asset maintenance/replacement

This role is predominantly located at our office, with occasional travel required across Council worksites.
