Job Description
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing smaller client projects and IT initiatives effectively from start to finish.
\Main Responsibilities

- Manage and support the delivery of information technology based initiatives and smaller projects at all levels of the organization.\
- Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with IT management and key stakeholders.\
- Develop required plans and related documents, including project timelines and milestones.\
- Plan and schedule tasks using appropriate tools and adhere to established project governance, processes and frameworks.\
- Identify and resolve dependencies, issues, risks and conflicts.\
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and requirements documentation to IT management and other key stakeholders.\
- Liaise with external vendors and integration partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\
- Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.\
- Coordinate and facilitate communication among project stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.\
- Maintain accurate records and track project progress against established metrics and benchmarks.\
- Support the development and implementation of project budgets and financial reporting.\
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.\\/ul>\
Required Skills and Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as management or project management.\
- Prince 2 practitioner level certification or working towards this.\
- Extensive experience in the delivery of information technology based initiatives and smaller projects at all levels of the organization.\
- Demonstrated understanding of project and program management concepts and benefits realization.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with a wide range of people.\
- A high level of technical expertise and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.\\/ul>\
