This role involves driving key initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery for allocated stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the HR function on project senior leadership teams.
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines, quality standards and best practices.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, remuneration alignment and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide advisory support and coaching to managers on employee relations, workplace investigations and compliance.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Business, Human Resources or Organisational Psychology.
  • Hold or be able to obtain ADF Baseline Clearance.
  • Certification in Change Management is highly valued.
