Program Lead for Dreams Initiative

The role of Program Lead for the Dreams initiative is a strategic position that oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of the program. This involves identifying key team members required to implement each project, coordinating logistics, and working closely with executive teams to drive awareness of the program throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include program planning and development, project management, client engagement, and evaluation and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management or healthcare management, and have minimum 2 years of experience in program and/or events management, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.

Required skills and qualifications include strong communication and networking skills, a current driver's license, and a safe driving record. Additionally, the candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure they are implemented to the highest standard of quality while using resources wisely.
