Program Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Program Coordinator to provide essential program support and ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, complex environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager and stream leads in developing and managing detailed project plans, monitoring program performance, and preparing progress reports highlighting key risks, issues, and overall program health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans in collaboration with the Program Manager and stream leads.
  • Monitor program performance and prepare regular progress reports highlighting key risks, issues, and overall program health.
  • Manage and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Capture and distribute minutes and actions from Steering Group and program meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for key workshops, including scheduling, invitations, and preparation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of proven experience as a Program Coordinator, supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. They will also have strong technical proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Visio, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Industry Knowledge: Digital transformation initiatives, energy and utilities sector.
