About the Role

Our organization requires a skilled professional to provide direct support services to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and emotional support to clients
  • Collaborating with clients to empower them to make informed decisions
  • Monitoring clients' physical and emotional well-being and reporting any concerns to relevant clinicians
  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
  • Supervising residents' cleaning tasks and ensuring all work is completed
  • Providing domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning when required
  • Developing effective relationships with staff, managers, and external agencies
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling ad-hoc or administrative duties as required

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual who possesses:

  • Similar experience working in mental health or recovery settings
  • An understanding and non-judgmental attitude towards individuals with drug use and mental health challenges
  • Passion for helping people with addiction-related issues
  • Transferable life/work skills, along with a caring and compassionate approach
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
