Senior Data Science Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Science Leader to drive innovation through data science and intelligent automation.

About the Role
  • Lead deep-dive analyses from stakeholder engagement to insight delivery, identifying opportunities to apply advanced analytics in meaningful ways.
  • Establish a governed automation practice, designing scalable solutions that enhance data analysis quality, reduce manual effort, and improve process reliability across the business.
Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business units and senior leaders to uncover opportunities where data analysis can drive measurable impact, aligning initiatives with strategic goals.
  2. Scope and lead time-boxed projects, ensuring each engagement has clearly defined objectives, success criteria, and stakeholder alignment.
  3. Facilitate discovery sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges, define problem statements, and identify solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI architecture and integration, including deploying models into production environments and managing lifecycle considerations.
  • Experience with Python coding and familiarity with automation platforms, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable automation.
