About the Role
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our guests receive exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare menus that meet financial goals and appeal to a wide range of guests
- Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Minimize food waste and optimize kitchen operations
- Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest feedback
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve kitchen processes
- Audit kitchen stock and order supplies as needed
