**Your New Role in Kingston Awaits**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

In this role, you will perform a critical function within our branch teams by assisting customers with their equipment solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating daily operations, including equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns.

- Contributing to the achievement of team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as customer loyalty, sales revenue, and safety.

- Completing various branch administrative duties, including generating hire schedules and invoices.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support.

You will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Additionally, you will have intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
