Role Description

This is an on-site role for an Equipment Specialist based in Brisbane and Greater Brisbane regions, with responsibilities that also include providing on-the-road in-home trials. The Equipment Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mobility and rehabilitation equipment, ensuring equipment is in good working condition through preventive maintenance. This role also involves tasks such as heavy equipment handling and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality service and advice on equipment usage and maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
  • Experience with Heavy Equipment and Troubleshooting
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality service and support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance is a plus
