Key Role: Equipment Specialist

As a highly skilled equipment specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our extensive range of products. You will be responsible for managing equipment installation, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

With your strong technical expertise and attention to detail, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Attend to breakdowns and repairs on elevators and escalators, promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Carry out maintenance activities and repairs in accordance with industry standards and best practices, prioritizing safety and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in your local region, providing them with exceptional support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the lift industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • You must hold a qualified electrical licence.
  • Commitment to working safely and maintaining high standards of quality is paramount.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
