We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role:This role involves providing technical support to staff and students, including setup, service, and dismantling of laboratory and studio activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to staff and students with equipment usage, troubleshooting technical issues, and demonstrating techniques in operating equipment.
- Assist with product/prototype manufacture, finishing material selection, and instrumentation, incorporating safety procedures.
- Support students and staff with their technical queries and provide solutions to problems.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, experience with specialized equipment, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate complex technical information to others.
