Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to valued customers.

This role will provide you with the chance to work closely with trade customers, assisting them with their air-conditioning, commercial and industrial refrigeration needs. You will be responsible for internal sales procedures and counter service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and have a current forklift license. We offer a supportive working environment, competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal sales procedures and counter service to valued customers;
  • Providing a high level of customer service;
  • Assisting in the management of stock;
  • General warehousing duties as required;
  • Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing; and
  • Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • A current forklift license or willingness to undertake this (company funded);
  • Ability to maintain safe working environments;
  • Ability to communicate effectively to meet or exceed customer expectations;
  • A driver's license; and
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical.
