Administration Project Support Officer

Based in Rockhampton(Local Role)

About the Client
Our client is a government agency looking for Administration Project Support Officer to be based in Rockhampton.
This person will need to have solid experience in minute taking and Diary management and immediate level in Microsoft application's.
Your duties will include:

• Providing executive support to the Project Management team including diary and email management, coordinating meetings and meeting papers, and travel arrangement s.

• Managing diary appointment s, prioritise correspondence..

• Liaise with officer s at all levels of the department, other government agencies, educational institutions and organisation's, the private sector and community representatives.

• Support the delivery of Project teams events and including function room bookings, travel arrangement s, and catering.
What you will need:
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

Good administration & computer experience.
Ability to be versatile
Data entry experience
Good communication experience
