Learning and Development Opportunity

We seek an accomplished professional to design, deliver, and implement impactful campus, early career, and professional development programs in a dynamic environment.

This role requires collaboration with global teams to develop and execute initiatives that enhance employee performance and drive talent growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of learning programs for new hires, including partnering with business teams on program needs, identifying modules, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Facilitate instructor-led workshops and training sessions on various topics, such as professional skills, team building, and onboarding.
  • Create engaging eLearning content and on-demand resources to support self-paced learning.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality self-development and professional development content and curriculum.
  • Support the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System in the APAC region.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to deliver speaker series, design learning experiences, and identify digital resources.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Learning and Development role, with at least 3 years delivering/facilitating training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with ability to engage audiences effectively.
  • Experience facilitating virtual training sessions.
  • eLearning training/digital resources design/development expertise.
  • Collaboration/partnering skills, strong listening/questioning abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving/decision-making capability.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and self-driven motivation.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
